Mr. DeVore has 17 years of financial experience, an engineering background and strong operations experience. He serves as a Board Member to, and an owner of a number of small privately owned companies.

Mr. DeVore is President of Franklin Partners, a private investment company he founded in 1991 after eight years at Primus Venture Partners, a venture capital firm he joined at inception. Franklin Partners invests its own capital in closely held manufacturing or distribution companies whose owners seek personal liquidity. Franklin Partners also invests in companies that are distressed where a new business manager and capital are needed to reestablish the business.

Mr. Devore received his BA from Yale University in 1980 and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, a designation awarded to him in 1983 by the Association for Investment Management and Research.
