Mr. Griffith has 20 years of financial experience and
provides extensive experience in the debt/equity financing for both
private and public companies. Particular areas of expertise include
the lending and institutional markets and providing assistance in
turnaround situations. He is actively involved in numerous
not-for-profit groups in Central Ohio and is active in the community.
Mr. Griffith is currently the CFO and a partner at
Helston Capital Group, roles he has held since 1991. He works closely
with senior management to develop strategic plans, measure financial
performance, source capital, and guide projects, implement cash
management procedures and support corporate marketing requirements.
Prior to Helston Capital Group, he spent 12 years in
the banking industry. Mr. Griffith started his career at BancOhio
National Bank, moved to Huntington National Bank, (as a corporate lender)
then became a Vice President in commercial lending at Ameritrust
Company, N.A. Ralph holds a Bachelors degree from Ohio Wesleyan University,
Delaware, Ohio and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller
Graduate School of Management, Chicago, Illinois. He is a registered
representative with Series 7 and Series 27 licenses, serving as CFO for
an affiliated broker/dealer, Helston Securities, Inc.
